You can pay your dues through our online payment system, setting up an ACH draft with First Citizens bank or mailing in a check.
Pay Online
Click the link below to go to the payment portal. On the next page, you will see a form where you need to type in the name of your association. Type in or select the name of your association and then click next. Online Payments cannot be made until the 1st of the month when assessments are charged. Please allow 3-7 business days for payment processing.

For your convenience, you can sign up for ACH draft through First Citizens Bank. You will need the following information to set it up:
Management ID: 4550
Association ID: Can be found on the portal or by emailing support@emspm.com
Account Number: Can be found on the portal or by emailing support@emspm.com
Bill Pay
You may set up automatic bill pay through your bank. Contact your local branch to set this up.

Please note that we cannot take phone payments for:
Homeowner payments who have a balance over $500.00. Unfortunately, if the HOA’s assessment is over $500.00 homeowners will need to choose one of our other payment options.
Homeowners who have a payment plan, 15 day demand or are with the law office, will not be able to make a payment over the phone!
