Depending on how your association chooses to handle ARC requests will determine how you submit it.
You will either submit an ARC request directly through the portal. Or you will email your ARC request directly to your board. The email address to reach the board can be found within the portal.
You can fill out the form at the bottom of the page for help in submitting an ARC request.
If your association has choosen to have Elite process its ARC requests you will start by logging into your associations portal. Click Here to login.
After you login, you will be taken to the Dashboard. On the left hand side you will see the “My Items” link. Click that and then toward the top of the page click “Submit a Request”. Then you will need to select the “ARC Request” option. Fill out the form and upload all the information you have and you are done.
If your association has chosen to NOT process ARC requests through Elite then you will need to send your application directly to your board.
To find out who you need to send it to, please login to the portal and on the Dashboard, the first page of the portal, you will find the information that is needed to process your ARC request.
Submissions through the website could be slightly delayed. To avoid any delays in your submission we encourage you to use the web portal.
